The Venue

Akasta Bali is a dining entertainment destination that brings together world-class performing arts and refined cuisine in one immersive experience. Located in the heart of Bali, it offers a singular evening where every element — from the first note to the final course — is choreographed to move together.
It means an idea of boundless space. Not defined by a single form, but by how everything comes together. Structure and fluidity. Sound and stillness. Movement held in balance. Warm, open, and genuine. A continuous sequence that reflects the true color of Balinese hospitality.
Dining entertainment is where cuisine and performance exist as one continuous experience. It goes beyond a traditional meal by weaving live acts, music, and stagecraft into the rhythm of the evening, allowing guests to engage with what they see and taste at the same time.

Experience

The evening at Akasta Bali moves as a seamless journey, beginning with guest arrivals, pre-drinks, and conversation that build anticipation for what's ahead. As the night reaches its peak, dinner is served alongside the main performance, where artists take over the stage and the energy comes alive. It then flows into a more festive afterglow, before gently settling as the night comes to a close.
Akasta Bali brings together a cultural blend in its nightly show performances, combining contemporary Indonesian expressions with global artistic influences. Each experience is revealed through a thoughtful curation of music, stage technology, lighting design, and engaging interactions that connect with every guest.
Each evening, Executive Chef Patrick Ramon presents a refined take on modern Balinese cuisine, exploring the flavors of the archipelago with elegance. The menu is designed to complement your experience as you take in the sequence of performances unfolding on stage.
